About these terms

These terms govern your use of learn.connectedcoaching.com.au and any related pages provided by Connected Coaching Pty Ltd ABN 72685855547. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding contract in your place of residence.
  • You are responsible for accurate account details, for keeping your password secure, and for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that risk the security or integrity of the site.

Your licence to use the site

  • We grant you a limited, personal, non commercial, revocable, non transferable licence to access the courses and materials you enrol in, for your own learning.
  • You must not copy, share, sell, resell, publish, record, or otherwise distribute course materials without our written permission.
  • Downloadable resources provided for a course may be used for your personal learning only.

Course access and enrolments

  • Access length and inclusions are shown on the course page at the time of enrolment.
  • We may update or improve course content over time.
  • We may reschedule live sessions if needed, we will give reasonable notice.
  • If we cancel a paid course and do not provide an equivalent alternative, we will offer a refund for that course.

Payments, pricing, and refunds

  • Payments are processed by third party providers, for example Stripe, and you authorise those providers to charge your selected payment method.
  • Prices are shown at checkout, taxes may apply as required by law.
  • Because digital content is available immediately after purchase, change of mind refunds are not offered, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
  • If you have trouble accessing a course you have paid for, contact us and we will fix the problem or, where required by law, arrange a refund.

Behaviour and community rules

  • Treat others with respect. Do not harass, abuse, spam, or post illegal, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Do not share your login with any other person. One account is for one individual unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • We may moderate or remove posts or suspend accounts to protect the community
